The company, led by Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran, now brings together 120 employees selected for their talent and their shared passion for meticulously crafted clothing. LEMAIRE publishes below its 2024 Professional Gender Equality Index. This indicator, scored out of 100 points, measures the level of equality between women and men within the company based on several criteria, using 2023 as the reference year.

The existing pay gap within the company is in favor of women. This recognition of the value of their work is the result of the company’s compensation policy. In France, according to INSEE and the Observatory of Inequalities, women earn on average 4.3% less than men for equivalent working time and roles.
